I recently stayed at a hotel in Shanghai and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always clean with great showers. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options, including western and european dishes. The location was perfect, with many restaurants across the street and a beautiful lake as a backdrop for a morning walk.
The only downside during my stay was the size of the gym, which was small and felt cramped. the room service was slow and took over an hour to deliver my order, which was frustrating.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities in the room made my stay truly indulgent. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of beauty treatments and facials to choose from. the indoor swimming pool was immaculate and the sun terrace was a great place to relax in the afternoon.
the spa centre more than made up for it and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful but convenient area, close to a shopping mall and metro station. The lakeside view from the balcony is breathtaking. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has a wide range of delicious options.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Qingpu district. It was conveniently located near an underground metro station which saved me a lot of money on transportation. There were plenty of new restaurants to try out nearby, and the suburban area was quiet yet bustling. the room was clean and well-appointed, with a modern bathroom and all the facilities I needed for my stay. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the view of the nearby lake and the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities.

Cool facilities, tasty breakfast buffet, comfy bed, and 24, hour room service tick plenty boxes for me. the location is right on point too, making it easy to get around and explore the city on foot.
The staff needs to work on their communication, , they weren't very helpful with local tips or recommendations. And the decor in my room looked quite dated, with suspicious stains on the carpet.
